## Refund & Exchange Policy

At Aiin Beauty, we take pride in maintaining high quality standards. Due to the nature of beauty products, we do **not offer refunds or exchanges** once an order has been delivered.

### Exceptions

A refund or exchange will only be considered in the following cases:

* The product has a **manufacturing defect**
* You received a **wrong item** due to an error from Aiin Beauty
* The product was **damaged before delivery** (not caused by customer handling)

### How to Report an Issue

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within **48 hours of delivery** with:

* Your order number
* Clear photos or videos showing the issue
* Your full name and contact details

Our team will review the case and guide you accordingly.

Please note:

* Products must be unused and in original packaging to qualify.
* Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
* Minor differences in shade due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects.
